Features
The JAN-701 series Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS) is newly developed
in response to the huge demand of multi-functional displays for practical use of ECDIS. It is ergo-
nomically designed to enhance the working environment and man/machine interfaces, providing
continuous position and navigational safety information.
Versions available
The JAN-701 has an 18.1-inch high resolution LCD display and is available in three versions:
JAN-701EOO – ECDIS
JAN-701EOR – ECDIS and radar
JAN-701ECR – ECDIS, radar and conning

Features
The new JAN-2000 is a high-performance and fully type approved ECDIS system with excellent on
-screen menus, which will greatly shorten most users’ learning period.
Cost-effective solution
The new JAN-2000 ECDIS system is fully type approved, and because of its controlled interface it
is also highly cost-effective. It only has gyro, log and GPS as standard. TCS and radar overlay is not
possible. This makes the JAN-2000 an economical and well-fitted ECDIS solution yet still integrates
the high performance standard you would expect from JRC.

Unique features
The JAN-901B is a newly developed multi-functional ECDIS. It is ergonomically designed to
enhance the working environment and man/machine interfaces, providing continuous position
and navigational safety information.
Radar overlay
The JRC JAN-901B offers practical radar usage with ECDIS, more than just overlaying a rough
radar image. The radar image has a high resolution when interfaced with JRC radars. The radar
image does not hide the priority objects of vector charts, but overlays them on the radar image.
At the same time, brilliance and clutter controls of the radar images continues to be operable.
